The Jefferson County Regional Crime Laboratory and its management are committed to an ongoing program to ensure the highest quality and consistency of Laboratory services and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.

The management of the Jefferson County Regional Crime Laboratory is committed to good professional practice, providing a quality product to its customers, compliance with established standards, and continual improvement of its management system. The Laboratory shall strive to maintain an effective quality control program in order to produce the highest quality of results within our defined standard of service. Quality results are imperative because the customers of Laboratory services rely on the reports issued by the Laboratory to aid the process of criminal justice. To achieve the highest quality results possible, all Laboratory personnel must be familiar with established Laboratory quality procedures and always follow them in their work.
