Refunds and Waivers
Please be aware that most fees cannot be refunded. Sometimes refunds are available in cases of clerical error or other circumstances; but if a requested service has already been performed, a refund is generally not available. Refunds are processed at the end of the month.

The County Clerk’s Office accepts cash, checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
There is a $2.50 convenience fee when a credit card is used for payment.
