Minutes of meetings prior to 1973 are recorded in books located in our main office. Please contact the Recording Division for assistance in reviewing these records and obtaining copies.
The Recording Division is located at 1085 Pearl Street, First Floor, Beaumont, Texas 77701 (view map). Please do not use this address as the mailing address. We are open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.
