In accordance with Texas Administrative Code §111.13, the Jefferson County Purchasing Department shall make a good faith effort to contract with Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) for construction, services (including professional and consulting services) and commodities. We would like to give you an opportunity to be recognized as a HUB vendor with Jefferson County.
