Jefferson County-to-Resident Mass Notification System

Jefferson County residents living within city limits (Beaumont, Groves, Nederland, Port Arthur and Port Neches) can click on the name of your city or visit the city website to subscribe to corresponding programs.

Jefferson County is pleased to announce the launch of the Swift911 Emergency Notification service, our new county-to-resident notification system for Jefferson County residents living outside of city limits. With this service, county leaders can send personalized voice messages to residents and businesses within minutes with specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as emergencies and local community matters. The Connect service will be used to supplement our current communication plans and augment public safety/first responder services

Please accept our invitation to participate in this important public service. We know that your personal information is important, and rest assured that we will not share it with anyone. If you have NOT already received a test phone call from us, or you would like to provide additional contact information, click the Jefferson County-to-Resident Mass Notification System link below to sign up.

Citizens with TTY devices for the hearing impaired and citizens that cannot register onlie, can contact 211 for assistance in registering and/or linking The Stan with the TTY device.

BE SURE TO REGISTER YOUR CELL PHONE.
