Application For Ballot By Mail
The first day the County Clerk can accept Applications for Ballot by Mail for the November 2, 2010, General Election is September 3, 2010, and the Application must be submitted by mail to the early voting clerk at:

Beaumont, Texas 77704or by fax to the Elections Department at 409-839-2394.
If an application is submitted AFTER early voting has begun in person, this application MUST be submitted to the County Clerk from an address or by fax machine from outside the county. Early Voting begins October 18, 2010, and ends October 29, 2010.
The last day the County Clerk may accept Applications for Ballot by Mail is October 26, 2010.
